Thanks for stopping by – if you have made it this far then you have a desire and need to gain information on Fitness. Too often people take their health and physical abilities for granted. As a major contributor to this site, I can tell you that as a person approaching 50 soon, with Crohns disease, a cancer survivor, and family history of heart disease and diabetes I am proactively working to stay healthy. I am healthier now then I was in my 30′s. My strength and flexibility have greatly improved and I am about 20 pounds lighter and easily maintaining this weight.
Even with years of working in fitness clubs, training, teaching classes and understanding what to do, I did not make the committment to take care of myself. This pattern has been completely turned around, and I have a thirst to learn and share as much as I can. If you have something you would like to learn about please ask. I enjoy doing the research and learning myself.
